My short story

I’m Claire, a 23 year-old baker living in Glasnevin, Dublin.

Hi there!

I run a small bakery business where I sell bespoke, personalised cupcakes and other Delish Delights.

Everything is baked in a professional-spec home kitchen from scratch and hand-wrapped to your liking. You can expect creative designs and innovative ideas!

I work along side my two parents, my rocks. My mum, Laura runs a novelty and wedding cake business called ‘CakeThat’ from the same kitchen as Delish Delights. She is an inspiration to me!

My dad, Frank is our web developer, delivery man, cake image provider, photographer, biggest supporter and much much more!

I fell into baking myself when I was 20 and decided to get a Bachelors Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management!

About Delish Delights

I started up in June 2020 with a dream to market my own creations, form relationships with customers and learn more about the world of baking!

If you have a crazy idea for cupcakes shout it out (the weirder the better) and I will create something spectacular for you.

I put my heart into every bit of Delish Delights! I’ve worked in bakeries before now but at the moment it’s Delish Delights full-time.

Covid Safety

We always wear a mask when interacting with customers.

Cake Care

As Delish Delights is not an allergen-specialised kitchen, your food may contain traces of allergens such as Gluten, Nuts, Soy, Dairy, Egg and Wheat.

Your Delish Delights are best eaten 2-3 days after pick up/delivery.

Your cakes can be kept in or out of the fridge and taste best at room temperature: remove from fridge 2-3 hours before serving.

Payments

Orders through my online shop are paid for at time of order using my secure Web system.

For orders made by phone, we can send you a secure payment link.

For in-person payments, we have a portable card machine and also accept cash.
