I run a small bakery business where I sell bespoke, personalised cupcakes and other Delish Delights. 

Everything is baked in a professional-spec home kitchen from scratch and hand-wrapped to your liking. You can expect creative designs and innovative ideas!

I work along side my two parents, my rocks. My mum, Laura runs a novelty and wedding cake business called ‘CakeThat’ from the same kitchen as Delish Delights. She is an inspiration to me!

My dad, Frank is our web developer, delivery man, cake image provider, photographer, biggest supporter and much much more!

I fell into baking myself when I was 20 and decided to get a Bachelors Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management!
